Responsibilities
On our team, youll apply your functional knowledge to manage a development team to focus on sprint goals for multiple models, ensuring each project is progressed. Using tools like JIRA and Confluence, youll manage and report progress on key tasks to help your team accomplish sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Directly impact modeling and simulation of tactical systems for the Intelligence Community and contribute to scrum software development, IT project management, and tactical planning and delivery. Develop and contribute to a variety of project solutions that will improve national security. Strengthen operational excellence for our clients.
Qualifications
Experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements for multiple, simultaneous, and related models Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience in driving client delivery and engaging with client management Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a project manager of a software development team, or 7+ years of experience as a project manager of a software development team in lieu of a degree

Experience with business process improvement and working with technical staff and engineers Experience with systems engineering Knowledge of the project management framework Knowledge of agency or intelligence community IT infrastructures Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills, to communicate both in-person and virtually, including on the telephone, in video conferences, and with developing documentation TS/SCI clearance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMP Certification SEP Certification (ASEP or CSEP)

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation
At Booz Allen, compensation range is projected, including factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The typical range for this position is
$77,500.00 to $176,000.00
