Monitor and maintain databases for LEAD, CoLEAD, and Familiar Faces Vital programs
Manage program team communications and documentation
Generate reports and alerts related to client bookings and releases
Analyze police reports, manage evidence requests, and document interactions with victims and witnesses
Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in program meetings and community engagement events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience performing paralegal duties, or certification from a nationally accredited paralegal training institution and three years related experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
Dependable and able to manage large amounts of data effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in legal research and analysis
Familiarity with criminal law and justice systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to translate complex data into understandable formats
Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
