Overview As a Hardware Product Manager, you will define and commercialize energy storage product offerings targeting the Commercial and Industrial segment. You will leverage your expertise to develop market and product requirements needed to deliver industry-leading products. You will also be a key technical member of a cross-functional Product Management team that supports the ongoing development of technical content for sales, finance, and engineering teams for Tesla's industrial energy products.

Leverage market research, competitive diligence and customer feedback to define product vision and strategy Create business cases and market & product requirements to inform the product roadmap priorities Define and commercialize offerings into standardized, sellable products to ensure successful product launches and customer success, working closely with cross-functional teams across the engineering and commercial organizations Develop and drive implementation of technical content (technical documentation, marketing collateral, Independent Engineering reports) to provide internal and external parties with all information pertinent to our products and offerings on product topics related to performance, safety, installation, features, grid code, safety compliance, and much more Act as primary stakeholder for education of critical product features for internal teams, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and officials (PUCs, fire departments, utilities, etc.) Always look for opportunities to improve our processes and support our growth What You'll Bring
