We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Electrical Maintenance to join our client’s leadership team in Georgetown, KY. Role Summary: The Assistant Manager of Electrical Maintenance supports the Maintenance Manager by ensuring electrical systems and equipment are properly maintained to achieve productivity goals, maintain product quality, enhance safety, and minimize downtime. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and proven team management experience in an industrial manufacturing setting. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across the facility. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. Oversee preventive and corrective electrical maintenance programs for equipment and machines. Conduct inspections and ensure timely documentation of maintenance, repairs, and safety testing. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for electrical projects, bids, and proposals. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for electrical maintenance operations. Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports. Direct a team of electrical and non-electrical personnel, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Oversee recruitment, hiring, and development of maintenance staff. Ensure all required training and departmental documentation are completed accurately and on time. Promote a safe working environment by addressing hazards and correcting unsafe practices. Apply strong problem-solving and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, including 3-phase distribution, PLCs, robotics, and servo motors. 3–5 years of leadership experience (assistant manager level or higher). Associate degree but not required. Strong knowledge of electrical building systems in a manufacturing facility. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams. Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and coordinate resources effectively. Benefits
