Manager, Workday HCM for our Consulting practice . Responsibilities
Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Supervise and performance manage staff on assigned engagements Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies Qualifications
Minimum of five years of ERP, HCM implementation and upgrade experience Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation with Workday certification in Recruiting or Talent; if not currently certified, must obtain within three months of employment Strong verbal and analytical skills with ability to write at publication quality level Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality Willingness to travel as required Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding salary disclosure and recruitment.
