Account Manager / Trade Show Coordinator

to play a dual role in both

sales

and

operations . This position is responsible for driving revenue through client acquisition and relationship management while also overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of trade show logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth event operations from start to finish. Sales & Business Development (50%) Develop and execute strategies to drive logistics sales opportunities, including full truckload (FTL), partials, hot shots, and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight solutions for trade show clients. Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within target industries specializing in trade show freight and logistics. Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and stakeholders to maximize revenue potential. Conduct consultative sales calls, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and provide accurate forecasts and reports. Operations & Event Management (50%) Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and manage all trade show logistics, including booth setup, freight shipping, signage, and on-site coordination. Oversee exhibitor onboarding, ensuring clear communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth event execution. Develop operational timelines, budgets, and contingency plans to mitigate potential risks. Serve as the on-site point of contact during trade shows, resolving issues quickly and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. Additional details
