Customer facing user experience and technical integrations for Corporate Payments customers, including UIs, APIs, webhooks, and data streams. Key Responsibilities
Objective:
Modernize and secure the platform by integrating it with a newly developed company-wide security frontend. Current Status:
The security frontend is actively being rolled out across the organization. Usage patterns and implementation details of the frontend are not yet fully understood. Technical Goals:
Platform Readiness:
Ensure the existing platform is capable of integrating with the new security frontend. Authentication Framework:
The integration framework is built on top of OAuth, a widely adopted protocol for secure authorization. Service Modernization:
Existing SOAP services written in .NET need to be upgraded. These upgrades will enable the services to leverage OAuth for secure authentication and authorization.
Next Steps / Considerations:
Clarify how the security frontend is being used across different teams or systems. Assess the current SOAP services for compatibility and plan the upgrade path. Ensure OAuth implementation aligns with company-wide security standards and best practices.
