Base pay range: $118,984.50/yr - $171,866.50/yr Employment Type: Full-Time, Executive-Level Department: Legal CGS is seeking a dedicated Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts. As a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio. Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign; Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes and identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency; Analyze operational business requirements and perform a gap analysis for modifications to existing processes; Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported; Validate that proposed solutions meet underlying needs; Collect marketing materials from industry solution providers that claim to satisfy identified business requirements; Document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by IT solutions; Analyze existing capabilities against documented business requirements to identify gaps in technology; Compare marketing materials and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives to assist in prioritizing new projects; Validate that proposed solutions deliver new functional business capabilities addressing existing requirements; Build and execute thorough test scripts to evaluate products and provide purchase recommendations; Review solution configuration changes to maintain an accurate picture of business capabilities; Perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned Our Commitment
