The Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) team within Microsoft Security anticipates, amplifies, and solves customer needs to drive product impact. We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager with experience in leveraging telemetry and customer feedback data at scale to produce actionable data and insights that amplify business success. Building a deep understanding of the Microsoft Security business, technology, and customers. Effectively defining strategies to deliver actionable product and customer insights that support CxE's business strategy. Maintaining a robust understanding of evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and applying that understanding to deliver self-serve analytics through AI-powered experiences. Establishing and nurturing collaborative stakeholder partnerships within the CxE organization and beyond, with the ability to work through ambiguity to identify the right priorities. partnering with teams across Microsoft and within the Security division on data products that drive customer opportunities and revenue growth. Communicating key outcomes to stakeholders and leadership effectively. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience leveraging or delivering business analytics for a product, feature, or customer initiative with the goal of growing customer base, expanding usage, or avoiding churn. 3+ years of hands-on experience with big data technologies and data analytics tools. 4+ years of effective communication skills with the ability to deliver strategy/vision or tactical updates for a range of audiences from leadership to peers and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or initiative to market (design, market fit, launch, internal tool/framework). Demonstrated track record of thought leadership and self-directed execution. Experience leveraging AI technologies to deliver data/insights. Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Security products and their use cases. Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements (e.g., Microsoft Cloud Background Check, required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter). Compensation and Benefits Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. In certain locations (San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area) the base pay range is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Benefits and other compensation vary by location.
