As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops; document functional specifications; assist in all testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; provide post go-live support. Stay current with annual SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) releases. Collaborate within a team across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements. Experience in system configuration design and cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Experience translating requirements into business solutions and managing configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree. Typically, 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM. Strong technical skills in application functional design and asset management principles. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel (estimated 40–60%). Preferred

Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise. SAP Certification(s). Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metals, or oil and gas (energy). Experience with at least one full SAP asset management implementation. Experience with one or more of the following licensed products: (examples include SAP service and asset management, SAP field service management, SAP RSH, SAP asset performance management, etc.).
