Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate small to medium-complex programs, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive performance improvements Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and specifications Address and resolve conflicts within the program, ensuring effective management of issues impacting program success Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience PMP/PMI certification or equivalent experience as a program manager for 8+ years 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on program/project delivery Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (Smartsheet, Project, Asana, Monday, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
