Overview The Manager – Strategic Sourcing will be a key part of the strategic sourcing and supply chain processes for Global Gaming and On Board Media across all Carnival Corporation & plc.

Working closely with the reporting Director and business stakeholders, this individual will play an integral part in identifying, developing, and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for these categories. The Manager – Strategic Sourcing will work with suppliers as well as each cruise line on board media professionals and with the Global Casino Operations team members. This role is responsible for leading sourcing projects from cradle to grave: developing sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements, building effective relationships with functional stakeholders, strategically sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers, and developing supplier performance assessment foundation. Further, the Manager – Strategic Sourcing will assist in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements in the sourcing and supply chain process for these categories, or in others as necessary. Job FunctionsStrategic Sourcing – Global Gaming and On Board Media

Work with Corporate Leadership to develop the sourcing and procurement strategies for on board media and global gaming, aligning with company-wide goals and objectives. Partner with stakeholders to effectively leverage scale, simplify the supplier base, reduce total cost of ownership, improve guest and crew satisfaction. Manage differing interests towards a holistic solution which will benefit the organization as a whole. Execute category strategies following Carnival’s strategic sourcing processes. Provide a significant positive financial impact by optimizing commercial terms through negotiations. Help improve tactical procurement processes to improve efficiency of transactional work with suppliers. Leverage market and supplier risk analysis (e.g. market drivers, macroeconomic conditions, etc.) to anticipate its impact across the business and work with leadership to develop associated strategies and action plans to maximize the opportunity. Delivers results to Performance Goals including but not limited to hard savings, cost avoidance, supplier diversity and sustainability. Analytics & Reporting – Global Gaming and On Board Media Acting as a financial steward, spearhead and manage projects to reduce total cost of ownership while meeting financial business goals and objectives (e.g., costs, service, quality, policies, supply & risk mitigation). Participate in the development of business analytics and reporting including creating KPI reporting, analysis and communication with leadership. Utilize business data and AI to identify sourcing opportunities, then create action plans and implement sourcing projects. Utilize data to analyze results and quantify savings. Process Efficiencies – Global Gaming and On Board Media Use continuous improvement principles to drive process efficiency by minimizing transactional work and issue recurrence. Relationship Management – Suppliers and Stakeholders of Global Gaming and On Board Media Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders by meeting with them regularly to gain detailed knowledge of their needs and leverage points for each area. Further, stay abreast of key business strategies, annual goals/objectives, economic challenges / opportunities, current trends, requirements, changes, etc. Follow a heightened service excellence approach to exceed customers’ expectations. Build and maintain trusting working relationships by constantly assessing needs and delivering upon those. Perform project management duties including overseeing and ensuring quality delivery of assigned projects; collect, measure, report and communicate progress with key stakeholders. Apply project management concepts to deliver on time commitments. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The role fits into the organization by managing key supplier relationships and ensuring smooth transitions of agreements to the procurement team. The role requires solving complex issues related to strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relations. The role involves leading supplier relationship management programs and influencing business strategy. Understanding of workplace policies and procedures; familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance; capacity to be punctual and meet deadlines; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team; demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and tasks. Knowledge Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain principles. Project management experience is good to have. Previous strategic sourcing or supply chain consultancy experience is a plus. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering. Masters degree a plus. CPSM certification or equivalent is a plus. 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing & supply chain. Strong experience in sourcing methodologies, strategy creation and execution (e.g., 7-Step Strategic Sourcing, Cost). Media experience is a plus. Casino experience is a plus. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Robust Excel (cost analysis, usage data analysis, should-cost modelling) and PowerPoint skills (executive and detailed project updates and summaries). PowerBI knowledge is good to have. Expertise with e-Sourcing/e-Procurement systems is a plus. Must have proven business experience that demonstrates the successful application of analytical and decision-making skills. Excel in spreadsheet and database tools (i.e. Microsoft business tools, data warehouse query tools, Essbase). Ability to present findings and insights to management in concise written and verbal presentations. Self-motivated, detail oriented. Creative, independent thinker. Quick learner, curious and inquisitive. Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Travel: No or very little travel likely Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Paid Time Off

Holidays – All full-time and part-time with benefits employees receive days off for 8 company-wide holidays, plus 2 additional floating holidays to be taken at the employee’s discretion. Vacation Time – All full-time employees at the manager and below level start with 14 days/year; director and above level start with 19 days/year. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 84 hours/year. All employees gain additional vacation time with further tenure. Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year.
