6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domains 5 years of consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company Implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications Proven ability to support a diverse and fun workplace culture Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills How to Stand Out
Experience in a leadership role during software, system, or application implementations Advanced skills in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification Demonstrated learning agility and capacity for quick adaptation to new situations Comprehensive product knowledge, including an in-depth understanding of product features and market positioning Benefits / Additional Information
