Plans, manages and oversees the development, direction and administrative management of the programs and services of the Resident Care Services in a designated program at the NHVH and assists the Director of Resident Care Services in the supervision of the Resident Care Services Department of the NH Veterans Home. YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education. Qualifications Education: Masters degree from a recognized college or university with major study in nursing, education, business administration, or one of the social sciences. Experience: Five years' experience as a registered nurse, at least three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education at the graduate level.
