We are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer whose attitude, skills, and work ethic embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. The role requires a passion for AV and the ability to find solutions to AV problems. We provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed. Responsibilities
Perform Routine Maintenance and System Optimization: carry out scheduled cleaning, adjustments, and alignments to maintain and restore optimal system performance. Troubleshoot and Resolve On-Site Technical Issues: diagnose and correct faults caused by external conditions, incorrect setup, or system malfunctions. Manage Equipment Repairs and Replacements: coordinate RMAs and oversee repair or replacement of items under service agreements. Monitor and Maintain System Inventories: track system and spare equipment inventories while proactively monitoring performance using defined tools. Generate and Deliver System Reports: provide detailed reports on preventive maintenance cycles, equipment status, issues, and support activities. Conduct User Training and Support: deliver training for supported AV systems and assist users with operational guidance. Support AV Solution Development and Implementation: collaborate on design, review implementation plans, and assist with site surveys and requirement gathering. Research and Recommend Emerging Technologies: conduct market research to identify new technologies that enhance client site capabilities. Qualifications and traits
Strong alignment with our customer-focused mission and ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to represent the company to clients. Required: TS/SCI Clearance. Preferred (but not required): AVIXA CTS Certification. Customer service experience is essential; you will be serving customers as a priority. Attitude and aptitude: eager to learn and ready to tackle any situation. Whats in it for you?
