What you will be doing as the Commercial Program Manager (Foam Wash)
Own the commercial success of assigned aviation programs, from contract award through delivery and support. Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, building strong, trust-based relationships. Lead program governance, including commercial reviews, milestone tracking, and risk management. Align internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) to meet program objectives. Monitor program KPIs and financial performance, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Support global sales teams with program-specific strategies, pricing, and negotiation insights. Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
What you will need as the Commercial Program Manager (Foam Wash)
Bachelors degree in aerospace engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, commercial management, or key account management within the aviation or aerospace industry. Strong understanding of aviation OEM processes, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EASA, FAA). Proven ability to manage complex, high-value programs in a global, matrixed environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
