Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build foundational skills in phonics, comprehension, and fluency Creating personalized motivational sessions to boost engagement through gamified literacy milestones Analyzing student progress data to refine instruction and uncover actionable insights Collaborating with the tech team to evaluate and enhance AI literacy tools based on classroom results Developing scalable content that personalizes reading pathways for diverse learners What You Wont Be Doing
Adhering to a rigid scripted curriculum that overlooks student needs or data Spending extensive hours on traditional lesson planning, grading, or administrative tasks Working in overcrowded classrooms with limited resources Managing behavior all day instead of focusing on reading instruction Teaching in isolation without contributing to program or product development Reading Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Create a scalable, AI-enhanced reading program that enables early elementary students to reach grade-level proficiency and develop a lifelong love of reading. Basic Requirements
Bachelors degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students Expertise in assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula Proficiency with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsiveness to student behaviors within them Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; or Plano, TX Locations
