Part-Time Data Entry Specialist
to join our dynamic operations team. This role is crucial in supporting internal data integrity, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring timely updates across various platforms. If youre organized, tech-savvy, and take pride in clean, accurate data, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain information in internal databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets Verify the accuracy of data before entry and perform regular quality checks Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors Manage confidential information with a high level of integrity Assist with data migration, cleanup, and formatting tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data standards and practices Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a remote work environment Familiarity with data privacy standards and best practices Background in technology, consulting, or professional services a plus What We Offer
