Position purpose: Performs daily Supply Chain management duties related to the acquisition and distribution of goods to support acute and/or ambulatory care departments. Supports operations, projects, program management, and service delivery initiatives. Interacts with management, professionals, colleagues, and vendors, providing and disseminating information. Independently completes activities related to planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of supply chain operations. What you will do
Research, collect and analyze information; identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead through resolution. Collaborates on performance improvement activities; responsible for distribution of analytical reports. Utilize multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials. Apply basic knowledge of policies, practices, and processes to ensure quality, confidentiality, and safety. Data management and analysis: Research and compile information to support ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives. Synthesize and analyze data and provide detailed summaries including graphical presentations, illustrating trends and recommending practical options while considering impact on business strategy and decision making. Minimum qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) to Three (3) years of Supply Chain experience Additional qualifications (nice to have)
Associate degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain preferred Previous supply chain experience in healthcare, warehousing, or distribution environment Previous supply chain experience in a Trinity Health facility highly desired Ability to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required Position highlights and benefits
