The
Senior Data Analyst
will support LERETAs commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and innovative data solutions by enhancing the capabilities of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This role will work cross-functionally to better serve internal teams and external clients through strategic use of data. The analyst will also play a key role in advancing our Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics initiatives by identifying opportunities, capturing business requirements, and contributing to the development of impactful, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities
Contributes to the EDW Subject Area Knowledge Base Supports deep dives for Executive Committee Provides analytical support on all FP&A reporting projects Assumes the role of lead analyst for FP&A support Requirements gathering for datasets, reports, scorecards and more Supports reporting evolution at LERETA (from grid style to dashboarding) Drives highly visible BI/EDW projects Responsible for managing and leading our data analyst group ranging from work management to coaching Drives and lead our product development Leads requirements gathering and knowledge management efforts Demonstrates strong organizational and documentation skills essential to success in Data Services Contributes as a collaborative team member within an Agile framework, supporting shared goals and continuous improvement Communicates when blocks arise Owns accountabilities for all assigned work, whether completed or not completed Core Competencies

Bachelors in Computer Science or related fields 7+ years experience in data centric technology groups such as Data Services, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, FP&A or Data Warehousing 7+ years of experience working with the full SQL BI stack: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS 5+ years experience working with BI focused reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, etc. Experience with MS 365 and additional MS Products Microsoft AzDo (Dev Ops) MS 365 / SharePoint Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps Power Query PowerBI Strong understanding of data structures, security, performance, optimization and usability Strong understanding of star schema and Kimball Dimensional Modeling Note: Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities information is provided below.
