Overview

Senior Cloud Solution Architect - AI Business Process. This role is customer-facing, owning the AI business process applications-focused technical and business relationships and the technical, functional and/or governance strategies between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. You will specialize in one of the following categories:

Dynamics 365

and/or

Power Platform

depending on your experience. You will guide the development of business solutions, provide deep technical insights, and accelerate the growth of Microsoft Technology priorities. You will work with partners to understand technical requirements and business objectives, guiding architectural design sessions, developing proofs of concepts, and transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud environments, ensuring solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency. Customer Centricity

Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging AI Business Process (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Copilot Studio) expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights

Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. Business Impact

Drive Consumption & Usage growth by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's AI Business Process value proposition, to drive usage and generate value from Microsoft technology investments via implementation advisory, performance efficiency, and organizational/operational excellence. Resolution of Customer Blockers

Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects leveraging deep knowledge of AI Business Process solutions and technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from Microsoft investments. Deliver work per Microsoft best practices and repeatable IP. Technical Leadership

Demonstrate a self-learner mindset and align skilling to team needs and Customer Success goals. Accelerate customer outcomes by engaging with communities, sharing expertise, contributing to IP creation, and reusing IP to accelerate transformation. Other

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting AND a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, and deploying one or more of the following cloud-based systems: Dynamics 365 CE Solutions (Customer Service, Sales, Field Service) and/or similar AI-powered CRM and ERP applications Microsoft Power Platform (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse and/or similar low-code tools to create intelligent agents for business processes 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience 6+ years experience in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and/or security 1+ year experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio with one or more production deployments 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform with Dataverse for building intelligent agents Base pay ranges are provided for guidance and may vary by location.
