Overview
Senior Cloud Solution Architect - AI Business Process at Microsoft. This is a customer-facing role owning the AI business process applications-focused technical & business relationships and the technical, functional and/or governance strategies between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. You will specialize in one of the following categories: Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform depending on your experience. You will guide the development of business solutions, provide deep technical insights, and accelerate the growth of Microsoft Technology priorities. This role involves traveling to work with customers, partners, and internal teams as needed. Responsibilities
Customer Centricity: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging AI Business Process (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Copilot Studio) expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. Business Impact
Consumption & Usage Growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's AI Business Process value proposition to drive usage and value from Microsoft technology investments via implementation advisory, performance efficiency, and organizational/operational excellence. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of AI Business Process solutions and technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from Microsoft investments. Deliver work according to Microsoft best practices and policies and using repeatable IP. Technical Leadership

Required Qualifications
4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting AND a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field; OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience configuring, tuning, troubleshooting, and deploying one or more of the following cloud-based systems: Dynamics 365 CE Solutions (Customer Service, Sales, and/or Field Service) and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse and/or similar low-code tools. 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years of relevant experience; OR equivalent experience. 6+ years in a customer-facing role and 6+ years leading technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and experience with Copilot Studio (1+ year) with demonstrable production deployments. 6+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Solutions and/or Power Platform with Dataverse to create intelligent agents for business processes.
