September 2025 About the Role Our client is seeking a
Project Manager III
to lead high-impact initiatives focused on improving the customer experience and operational efficiency of self-installation packaging and onboarding. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration across design, development, supply chain, and executive teams to deliver innovative solutions that reduce costs, improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and modernize packaging systems. Key Responsibilities Serve as the
project lead
for two major initiatives. Align with internal stakeholders to define goals, set direction, and manage execution. Coordinate with packaging engineers and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility, durability, and environmental impact of packaging. Manage task prioritization through daily standups and agile methodologies. Aggregate and analyze data to monitor KPIs such as truck rolls and trouble calls (TRTCs). Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams. Support strategic decision-making and directional changes based on business needs. Qualifications Proven experience in
project management , ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or software development environments. Strong understanding of
technical systems , data analysis, and process optimization. Software engineering knowledge
is required, especially for integrating systems with internal software platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. Experience working with supply chain, engineering, and customer experience teams is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and task management tools.
