We are seeking a highly skilled
WMOS Product Manager
to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Warehouse Management System (WMOS) initiatives. This role will drive the design, development, and optimization of WMOS functionalities to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across our global supply chain network. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in warehouse operations and logistics, hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS, and a proven track record of delivering technology solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with organizational supply chain and fulfillment strategies. Analyze and optimize WMOS configurations to improve warehouse throughput, labor management, and inventory accuracy. Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of WMOS solutions. Partner with vendors (e.g., Manhattan Associates) for product support, upgrades, and roadmap alignment. Drive change management, training, and adoption of new WMOS features across operations teams. Monitor KPIs and business outcomes to assess the impact of WMOS solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred). 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Manhattan WMOS. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, and supply chain processes. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and product features. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and data insights to drive decisions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Preferred Skills
Hands-on configuration or implementation experience with Manhattan WMOS. Knowledge of emerging warehouse technologies (automation, robotics, AI in supply chain). Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or 3PL environments. Vendor management and contract negotiation experience. Seniorities
