Senior Technical Product Manager role at AT&T in the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) business unit. About the Team: AT&T is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the CTX business unit who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for customer-centric software solutions in a cross-functional environment. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform user insights into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences; understand design systems and user-centered design principles. Bridge the gap between design and development teams to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces (the role does not perform design/development work itself). Leverage experience with high-volume websites and customer journeys; B2C and eCommerce experience is required. Act as the CEO of your product area, owning end-to-end lifecycle and driving measurable business impact. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master’s in technology management) is often preferred. Experience:
8+ years in product management, especially in web/digital eCommerce; proven track record managing complex technical products from concept to launch; prior senior or leadership experience; experience with web/digital acquisition and launching customer-facing digital journeys; past SCRUM/AGILE environments with UX, QA, and release cycles; experience managing global or distributed teams is a plus. Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of mobile/web technologies, APIs, system architecture; proficient with Agile, Scrum, Kanban; hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, CMS, payment gateways, and front-end customer-facing experiences; ability to leverage data analytics and BI tools; experience with A/B testing and performance optimization; ability to define and communicate key product metrics. Customer-Centric & Strategic Vision:
Deep understanding of customer needs in eCommerce; experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into features; ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy; experience defining roadmaps and prioritizing features based on market opportunities. Leadership & Collaboration:
Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders; commitment to inclusive, high-performing teams. Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects, set goals, measure success, deliver milestones, navigate ambiguity, and mitigate risks in digital product development. Market Knowledge:
Knowledge of digital eCommerce trends, regulatory requirements, marketing strategies, SEO, and customer acquisition channels. Benefits & Compensation
Salary range:
$118,800 - $178,200
USD annual. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
