Maximize revenue by collecting budgeted income and minimizing losses. Control expenditures and approve purchases and vendor services. Conduct market analysis and supervise leasing activities. Manage on-site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Provide resident services and respond to complaints. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain property standards and oversee maintenance and improvements.

Requirements

Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelors Degree preferred; CPM designation helpful.

Experience:

Three to five years of apartment industry and supervisory experience. Tax credit experience preferred.

Skills & Certifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines. Reliable transportation for travel between properties. Knowledge of local and federal laws, bookkeeping, maintenance, and marketing strategies. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
