Description and Requirements
The primary goal of this role is to build and strengthen the
Chrome partnership ecosystem , working closely with
OEM Product & Ops, Business Development, and Sales teams . This position will focus on
business development and sales enablement , ensuring strong collaboration with ISV, SI, and Google's vertical partnership and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management Proactively identify, connect with, and manage ISV partners through the
OEM
Crosswave Program . Develop and maintain strategic relationships to drive Chrome-based solutions adoption. Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and ongoing engagements. Lead & Opportunity Tracking
Maintain a structured approach to tracking
customer leads and sales opportunities
for
Chromebox Micro solutions . Ensure visibility of potential deals and customer interest across relevant stakeholders. POC & Pipeline Management
Keep track of
POC deployments
and
sales pipeline progression . Provide regular updates on POC outcomes, partner engagement status, and deal movements. Collaboration with Google & Internal Teams
Work closely with
Google's vertical partnership and sales teams
to align strategies and co-sell opportunities. Collaborate with
OEM Product and Business Development teams
to ensure Chrome solutions meet market and partner needs. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 7+ yrs experience in Business Development, Sales Enablement, or Partner Management in the tech industry. Past experience managing partnerships with ISVs and System Integrators Past experience working with Chrome-based solutions. Preferred Qualifications
Strong ability to build and nurture partnerships with ISVs and SIs with OEM team. Understanding of Chrome ecosystem and ability to articulate the value of Chrome-based solutions. Excellent project management and organizational skills to track leads, opportunities, and POCs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills for internal and external collaboration.
We are open to considering remote candidates for this position; however, preference will be given to candidates based in Raleigh, NC, where our North America headquarters is located.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $140,000 - 170,000. Individuals will also be eligible for a 12% annual performance bonus. Lenovo's great benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com .
