This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager, located in Pittsfield, MA. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with HVACR wholesalers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, providing product knowledge and training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will also be involved in coordinating with the manufacturers to understand product offerings and market trends. Qualifications
Experience in sales and territory management Using Salesforce and Google Suite apps Knowledge of HVACR products and the wholesaler market Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach Experience in the HVACR, plumbing or electrical wholesale industry is a plus Seniority level
