Overview

The Online Programs Manager oversees the day-to-day administration and delivery of Booth Executive Educations online programs. This is a part-time, 20-hours-per-week role lasting up to one year, acting as the operational point of contact for participants, faculty, and internal stakeholders. The role manages the online learning environment, ensures high-quality live session execution, drives participant engagement, coordinates logistics, communications, and technology setup while maintaining Booths branding and academic standards. The position supports data-driven reporting and continuous improvement across pre-, during-, and post-program phases. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Canvas course sites aligned with Booth branding and instructional design standards. Coordinate and support all technical aspects of live Zoom sessions including scheduling, facilitation, breakout room management, and troubleshooting. Serve as the primary liaison for participants, responding to questions, resolving issues, and managing communication throughout the program. Facilitate participant onboarding through cohort welcome webinars and online campus orientation. Monitor participant progress, engagement, and attendance; follow up with individuals as needed to ensure successful completion. Manage program communications and ensure timely dissemination of course updates and announcements. Track, evaluate, and report on learner data, including engagement trends, survey results, and certification eligibility. Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to ensure program logistics, technology, and support services meet academic and professional standards. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable with data reporting and basic analysis. Education, Experience & Certifications

Bachelors degree required. At least three years of experience in program coordination, instructional technology, or online event delivery. Background in executive education, corporate training, or higher education preferred. Technical Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in administering a Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas). Familiarity with Zoom, surveys, breakout rooms, and video editing is preferred. Working Conditions
