Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and process merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures. Assist in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness and organization. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws and policies. Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking Able to respond appropriately to changes or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits
