Citibank, N.A. seeks a Technology Lead Business Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. Responsibilities
Perform data extraction, mapping, integration and visualization to transform raw data into actionable insights and streamline financial processes. Use financial planning and analysis to model capital requirements and provide insights to optimize capital allocation and regulatory compliance efforts. Enhance business planning applications that support capital forecasting and CCAR planning and reporting. Use accounting transactional and positional data analysis for precise financial reporting. Use SQL and Excel to analyze large datasets. Leverage Tableau to design dynamic visualizations that aid in analyzing financial data. Leverage Basel and Dodd-Frank requirements for regulatory compliance. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct grooming sessions, and document business requirements. Decompose and refine features and stories to represent business requirements. Collaborate to plan and execute project iterations using Agile. Review functional solution designs. Create user stories in input and output fields and other use cases, leveraging techniques including spec and Gherkin syntax. Engage in product development using an Agile framework to deliver high-quality, efficient financial analysis tools and solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Qualifications
Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or related field and 2 years of experience in roles involving integration of software solutions within the global financial services industry. Alternatively, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in the stated fields and 4 years of related experience. Full term of experience must include: Financial planning and analysis; Accounting transactional and positional data analysis; Data extraction, mapping, integration, visualization; SQL, Excel; Capital requirements laws; Basel and Dodd-Frank requirements; CCAR requirements.
