Our LOE program provides our customer's Operations organization with the best possible solutions for their mission needs through rapid prototyping, new development, and advanced technology research. From leading-edge visualizations to analytic development, we push to find new data sources and tradecraft to answer intelligence questions. You will join a team of developers, systems integrators, system engineers, analysts and systems administrators supporting an elite defensive cybersecurity mission. Located in Laurel, MD, this team supports Blue, Red, Hunt and JCMA missions to help secure our nation's networks. We develop innovative solutions in a DevOps environment to keep pace with mission requirements. Responsibilities / Qualifications
Mission Focus:
Develop solutions in support of Defensive Cybersecurity Operations. Create prototypes, answer new questions, and provide better answers to existing questions. Work directly with the customer in a collaborative, fast-paced environment using leading technologies. Act as the development team's primary point of contact for individual cybersecurity missions. Primary focus on Blue Team missions with opportunities to support Red, Hunt and JCMA missions. Provide mentorship to other developers and be open to learning techniques and tools from others. Look for process improvements and suggest solutions. Secondary opportunity to support the Data Science team. Technical Proficiency:
Full-stack developer with emphasis on backend services. Cybersecurity experience is a plus; Java with Python conversions; Splunk; Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform); Containerization (Rancher, Kubernetes, Docker); Systems Integration; Linux (CentOS, Red Hat); GitLab; Atlassian Jira. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of relevant experience or master's degree plus six (6) years; associate's degree plus ten (10) years; high school diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years with related experience. Computer Science or related field. Desirable Skills:
Restful services interfacing; Java scripting; Bash scripting; Jenkins; Rancher/Kubernetes; Docker; Airflow; Data Science / Machine Learning. Security Clearance:
