Executive Assistant Opportunity
Robert Half has upcoming opportunities for experienced Executive Assistants. The executive assistant will report directly to and support director level, vice-presidents, and C-level executives. Responsibilities may include: Calendaring/calendar management Schedule meetings and conference calls Composing and screening correspondence Travel arrangements (air, ground, hotel accommodations) Preparing and/or editing presentations or meeting material Answer/screen calls Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Requirements: An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting one or more executives, have high attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and ability to manage shifting/conflicting priorities, apply today!
