Executive Assistant
We are looking for a professional, highly-organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and assisting with administrative duties. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments. Coordinate operations of executives' offices including preparing and organizing documents for meetings, coordinating with other departments and assisting with special projects as needed. Take meeting minutes and distribute them accordingly. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. In-depth understanding of MS Office suite. High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
