Youth & Government Program Coordinator . This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenesmanaging logistics, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring a seamless experience for the students and mentors in our Youth & Government program. As a

Y&G Program Coordinator , you'll play a key role in keeping this impactful program running smoothly, supporting both our youth participants and the dedicated volunteers who make it all possible. What You'll Do Volunteer Coordination: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and communicating with program volunteers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to mentor students. Travel & Event Logistics: Organize transportation, lodging, and schedules for conferences, trainings, and program-related trips. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and track participant registrations and volunteer requirements. Communication & Outreach: Keep volunteers, participants, and caregivers informed with clear and timely updates via email, newsletters, and social media. Program Assistance: Help with event planning, workshop coordination, and ensuring smooth operations during Youth & Government activities. Inclusivity & Engagement: Support efforts to create a welcoming and accessible environment for all students and volunteers.

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating events, travel logistics, or volunteer programs preferred Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with volunteers, caregivers, and students A passion for civic engagement, youth development, and leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ability to learn new systems quickly CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain) This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check. Salary
