Our rapidly growing client is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to develop and manage a strategic supply network for their Beverage pillar. This role involves building long-term supplier relationships, optimizing procurement strategies, and ensuring supply continuity and quality. The ideal candidate will be strategic, collaborative, and driven, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Required Skills
Procurement and Sourcing Account Management Conflict Management Basic Data Analysis and Reporting (Tableau, Excel, Salesforce) Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain professional partnerships with suppliers. Establish and manage Service Level Agreements with the supply network. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies that reduce costs and improve service. Negotiate and execute agreements with suppliers. Conduct market and risk analysis to inform industry strategies. Serve as the subject matter expert on beverage gas suppliers. Optimize the supply network through data-driven insights. Conduct supplier tours/audits and provide after-hours support as needed. Additional Requirements
Experience in the Industrial Gas or Food and Beverage Industry is a bonus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Certifications/Education
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Business Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management Travel
Up to 30% nationwide travel for supplier meetings and business reviews Total Rewards Package
