Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to build, develop, and manage a robust supply network for our beverage segment. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple supply partners nationwide to create a stable, strategic, and scalable network that supports current operations and future growth. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Business Development teams to ensure supply continuity, optimize costs, maintain quality and service standards, and drive operational efficiency across the supplier network. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain professional partnerships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and responsive supply network. Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with supply partners to maintain high performance and accountability. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies that reduce total costs while improving availability, quality, service, and innovation. Negotiate, execute, and manage supplier agreements to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships. Continuously analyze and optimize the supply network to identify opportunities for spend reduction, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. Monitor supplier performance, address issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed. Work cross-functionally to support new product launches, capacity planning, and market expansion. Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams on supplier management, sourcing decisions, and supply chain best practices. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in food/beverage or consumer goods industries. Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and build long-term partnerships. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience with supply chain software, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. Location
