Senior Accountant (Hybrid, Miami) A growing and successful hospitality company in Miami, Florida is actively seeking a strong 2-5+ year accounting, audit and finance professional to join their team as a Senior Accountant. This person will report to the Accounting Manager and have room for growth. Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across financial operations Partner with leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance metrics Oversee tax compliance, intercompany accounting, and cash flow management Identify and implement process improvements and reporting automation initiatives Qualifications
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 25 years of progressive finance, audit or accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidation and P&L ownership Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes Advanced analytical capabilities and financial planning experience Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel/reporting tools Must be willing to work onsite 3X a week in Miami Additional Details
