ITCON Services is seeking to hire
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
to support the
House Information Resources (HIR) Network Engineering and Operations Team . The CSRs will coordinate technology-related site visits for Congressional district offices, acting as liaisons between internal House staff and external vendors (e.g., ISPs, cabling contractors). Location:
On-site at House Office Buildings in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule site visits for internet installations, structured cabling, and site surveys Serve as first point of contact for service requests Use Remedy ticketing system to manage support tickets Maintain documentation and provide status updates Communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain an Active Public Trust Clearance 2+ years in customer service or administrative support Experience coordinating tech installations in secure government facilities Familiarity with Remedy or similar systems Understanding of network infrastructure basics Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and collaborative mindset Work Location
