Business Development Manager
to help expand our presence in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and delivering on growth targets. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and building our reputation as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy for the US market. Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities in target sectors. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with customers, partners, and key industry players. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to tailor solutions to customer needs. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads. Prepare regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and progress toward targets. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in the Motion Control, Industrial automation, or Semiconductor. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with mid-size to large enterprise customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the US market landscape (Semiconductor, Laser, Lab Automation) and customer buying behavior. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technical or engineered solutions. Existing network of contacts in the Semiconductor, laser, lab Automation industry. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management. Location
