Join to apply for the Clinical Director role at Atlantic Health Strategies in Marion, Indiana. This is a full-time leadership position to launch a soon-to-be licensed PHP, IOP, and OBOT program serving mental health and substance use disorder populations with evidence-based, patient-centered care. The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a multidisciplinary team. The role includes program development during the pre-licensure phase and operational leadership once the program launches. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight for all treatment services (PHP, IOP, OBOT). Supervise and support clinical staff, including therapists and case managers. Ensure compliance with Indiana licensing requirements and accreditation standards. Lead program development and establish treatment protocols before program launch. Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Oversee quality assurance, clinical documentation, and performance improvement initiatives. Participate in community outreach and referral relationship development.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work (LCSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) or MSW or closely related field. Active Indiana license in good standing (LCSW or LMHC or equivalent masters level behavioral health license). Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or program leadership role. Demonstrated experience in Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), or Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT). Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements for behavioral health services. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth service delivery. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to evidence-based care, patient-centered treatment, and continuous quality improvement.
Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
