A soon-to-be licensed Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program in Marion, Indiana, is seeking a
full-time Clinical Director
to lead our clinical operations. Our program will serve both primary mental health and primary substance use disorder populations with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care. Position Overview The Clinical Director will oversee all aspects of clinical service delivery, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and lead a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care. The role includes program development during the pre-licensure phase and operational leadership once the program launches. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight for all treatment services (PHP, IOP, and OBOT) Supervise and support clinical staff, including therapists and case managers Ensure compliance with Indiana licensing requirements and accreditation standards Lead program development and establish treatment protocols before program launch Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences Oversee quality assurance, clinical documentation, and performance improvement initiatives Participate in community outreach and referral relationship development Requirements Masters degree in Social Work (LCSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) Active Indiana license in good standing Minimum of 5 years experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience in PHP, IOP, or substance use disorder treatment settings strongly preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements for behavioral health services Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills Compensation Salary Range:
