Program Manager
to lead customer-facing program execution, quoting and RFQ workflows, and purchasing coordination. This is a cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in every stage of the customer lifecycle. Program & Customer Management
Serve as the
primary liaison
between PCC and key customers for all technical, commercial, and delivery-related matters. Own and manage customer programs from
RFQ through NPI, production, and fulfillment . Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, and internal action plans to ensure on-time delivery. Lead customer meetings, calls, and on-site visits; provide regular updates and resolve issues quickly. Quoting & RFQ Support
Receive and review customer RFQs, BOMs, and documentation packages. Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to build accurate quotes with competitive pricing and lead times. Validate material availability, labor estimates, and build complexity during quote development. Track quoting activity and conversion metrics to support business development. Collaborate with purchasing and materials teams to ensure timely sourcing of components and materials. Place purchase orders and manage select vendor relationships when necessary. Follow up on material deliveries and expedite as needed to meet project timelines. Assist with materials cost analysis and supply risk identification during early-stage program planning. Qualifications
37 years of
program management or project coordination
experience in an electronics manufacturing (EMS/ECM) environment Strong understanding of
PCBA, cable/wire harness, and box-build
processes Familiar with
BOM structures, quoting processes, and procurement lifecycles Skilled in
Microsoft Excel , ERP/MRP systems, and project tracking tools Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelors degree in
Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
preferred Experience with
AS9100D , ITAR regulations, or medical/aerospace customer requirements Familiarity with
Quickbooks, NetSuite, Monday.com , or other CRM/ERP platforms Background in technical sales, sourcing, or account management PMP, Six Sigma, or ASQ certifications On-site position in a
climate-controlled manufacturing facility
in Lilburn, GA Daily collaboration with production, engineering, materials, and leadership teams Mix of office tasks (quotes, schedules, communication) and floor engagement (tracking parts, resolving issues, customer readiness) Fast-paced, customer-driven environment with opportunities for process improvement and impact Participation in internal meetings, customer visits, and program reviews What We Offer
