Technical Business Analyst

Job Title - Technical Business Analyst Duration - 06 months Location - Newark, NJ Job Description Develop a comprehensive project plan by identifying the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timeline to include a critical path. Break down the project into manageable tasks, assign responsibilities, and allocate resources effectively. Regularly update the project plan to reflect progress and any changes, ensuring clear communication among team members and stakeholders. Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track project performance and ensure alignment with the initial goals. Defines logical functional requirements that trace back to the business requirements, in collaboration with the lead developer for technical design Formulates logical statements of business, scientific and or engineering requirements Develops Functional Specification Document Requirements Traceability Matrix, and Technical Specification in close collaboration with technology peers Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems design considering existing systems, available technology, the capacity and limitations of equipment, operating time and form of desired results Works with development, operations, technical support and other technology areas as appropriate throughout the design and development project phases Designs a detailed systems testing plan to ensure an accurate and effective product Prepares charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems, utilizing, if necessary, various business, scientific and or engineering mathematical techniques Analyzes existing system logic difficulties and revises the logic and procedures involved as necessary Helps define projects, milestones, critical path

Qualifications

Experience working on complex projects that require gaining stakeholder buy-in and directing stakeholder participation
