Citi is accelerating progress on data transformation to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data to run the business, support risk analyses, regulatory reporting, and strategic decision making. The Enterprise Data group ensures governance, risk controls, and alignment across institutional client businesses. Role Summary
The Architecture Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who follows latest trends in the field, adapts them for Citi, and communicates effectively with senior stakeholders. This role typically involves guiding technical strategy, affectings sub-functions, and may include staff/resource management within the team. Responsibilities
Provides architectural vision for IT systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise blueprints and Internet applications. Develops architecture strategy, planning, and enterprise-level problem solving. Interfaces across multiple channels, acting as a visionary to influence future project directions. Maintains awareness of business, technical, and infrastructure issues; serves as consultant to develop creative solutions. May be accountable for end-to-end results including budgeting, policy formulation, and future-state technology strategies depending on project scope. Interacts with vendors to assess technology and guide product roadmaps based on Citi requirements. Demonstrates deep knowledge of how the role contributes to the business and understands the commercial environment. Provides thought leadership on key business topics and applies sophisticated analytical thinking to resolve issues. Influences technical direction and strategic decisions within the technology function. Uses communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders at various levels. Performs other job duties as assigned and appropriate risk considerations in business decisions, complying with laws and Citi policies. Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience Clear and concise written and verbal communication Management and prioritization skills Ability to develop working relationships and manage multiple activities with changing priorities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Self-starter with initiative and ability to master new tasks quickly Methodical with strong attention to detail Education
