Overview
Business Analyst (PEGA, NBA Planning & Implementation) Remote with potential onsite travel. Contract: 12+ months. Headcount: 2. Our client is scaling its Next Best Action (NBA) program on the PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform to drive strategic planning, data-driven enablement, and seamless execution of NBA campaigns across the Government vertical. The role requires experienced Business Analysts who can act as end-to-end owners of the NBA lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business goals, backend data capabilities, and Pega implementation. Two BAs with identical skill sets and responsibilities are being sought to manage workload across multiple NBA programs. Location: Remote with potential onsite travel if required.
