Overview
The ProServe Business Development Executive is responsible for building, scaling, and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate ProServe billable bookings, drive revenue, and amplify ProServe customer business outcomes. Responsibilities may include outbound activities to proactively create demand and build pipeline; the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of complex deals, typically requiring cross-functional internal or external partnerships, as well as driving larger programs such as AWS-wide growth initiatives. This role is a force multiplier for the field sellers, collaborates across multiple teams, and impacts measurable business metrics. AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. Customers innovate with AWS Professional Services, upskill with AWS Training and Certification, optimize with AWS Support and Managed Services, and meet objectives with AWS Security Assurance Services. Our expertise and emerging technologies include AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center. Youll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud. Key responsibilities
Working backward from customer needs, develop and evolve AWS's application modernization value proposition and engagement mechanisms. Lead a combination of direct and cross-functional remote teams to help customers initiate their application modernization journey to retire legacy application debt. Identify opportunities to build compelling proposals to help customers achieve business value from application modernization and ensure clarity on AWS's value proposition(s). Develop global mechanisms to deliver GTM elements that may include consultative workshops, reference materials, partner engagements, and links to other Amazon programs. Develop qualification and training approaches to build out the community of field and partner resources to ensure customer business outcomes are realized. Conduct customer briefings and present at customer events to further AWS thought leadership. A day in the life
The Amazon Connect Center of Delivery Excellence (AC-CODE) specializes in delivery CX solutions leveraging Amazon Connect to empower customers to operate core business functions such as customer service, omnichannel engagement, Agentic AI, and digital customer communications. Our ACCOE ProServe consultants carry deep technical expertise and domain knowledge to assist customers in a delivery, advisory, and oversight role to improve their CX and maximize workforce productivity. Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements 7+ years of professional or military experience Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience developing and implementing organizational strategies resulting in measurable business outcomes Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market.
