This position focuses on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience while upholding operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. There may be cross-training to support the needs of the business. Responsibilities
Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to the customer according to established procedures Promotes credit and loyalty programs Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and procedures Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Assists with store recovery and maintenance throughout the day Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards for the sales floor and store Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Location and Compensation
