This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the United States. What you will do
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market presences through initiating and building strategic relationships, qualifying prospects, and developing qualified business opportunities which contribute significantly to the overall sales pipeline. Working closely with both marketing and sales teams, this position engages in marketing activities and campaigns to build relationships, is responsible for initial contact with prospective clients and generates and qualifies sales opportunities. The BDR works closely with Account Executives to create and prioritize their business target market, position our value proposition, and generate attention and interest for our products and services. They are accountable for generating qualified leads and transitioning these leads to our Account Executive team. What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of proven business-to-business work experience as a qualified business/market/sales development representative Knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes, and protocols preferably in a similar industry Professional interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Effective negotiation and persuasion skills Collaboration and negotiation skills with ability to influence, persuade, and gain support externally and with internal stakeholders Effective time management and organizational skills with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce, and Eloqua (asset) Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and manage projects to meet deadlines Valid passport and ability to travel up to 20% Work is performed remotely and supports our global teams in North America, Europe and Asia Benefits and Perks
