About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee our Orange County commercial property portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. Youll be the driving force behind optimizing asset value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team. Essential Duties
Lead day-to-day operations across a diverse commercial portfolio (office + retail) Build and maintain strong tenant, vendor, and ownership relationships Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations Manage capital improvement projects and service contracts Ensure compliance with all regulatory and lease obligations Supervise and develop property management staff Support leasing efforts and tenant onboarding Conduct regular property inspections and enforce operational standards. Requirements
510 years of commercial property or construction management experience (10+ ) Proven leadership in team management and vendor oversight Strong knowledge of NNN leases, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and DocuSign Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with shopping centers is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Benefits
